TERMS & CONDITIONS – Fix Station
- All quotations should be approved/ disapproved within 15 days of being given.
- No liability of the service center, is laptops are not collected within 15 days of submission.
- Please keep the receiving letter safe and needs to be produced to collect the laptop.
- We understand that if, do not collect the laptop after 1 month. The laptop can be sold the recover and will be disposed of by Fix Station.
- Estimate within one week.
- The above goods collected are for repair only. No goods will be delivered without the Receiving Letter.
- Fix Station is third party service provider which does repair of electronics with compatible and OEM spares.
- All warranties will be covered only with Fix Station.
- Goods are delivered against cash only.
- Any defects of discrepancy should be brought to our notice within a week.
- Replaced parts will become property of Fix Station.
- Machine’s internal contents has not been checked at the time of receipt Fix Station shall not hold any responsibility for the missing/ replaced/ tempered components/ spares/ devices if found any.
- It is customer responsibility to take the inventory of the machine at the time of the delivery.
- No claim shall be entertained for misplaced/ missing parts once the machine is dispatched from Fix Station premises to the customer, same should be checked at the time of delivery.
- The defective parts replaced while undertaking the repairs of the product under warranty will not be returned to the customer.
- The customer shall take the delivery of the product with 30 (Thirty) days of written intimation from Fix Station, in the event the delivery is not taken by the customer, the Fix Station reserves the right to Auction the product to recover the repair/ storage charges.
- Fix Station will not responsible for any data loss during the repair or recovery.
